They got back to me within a few hours, which I really appreciated. Based on their advice I ordered my usual size 9 and they fit perfectly. The width is completely fine and the cork footbed was soft enough that there was no discomfort even on the first wear. I wore them out for a full day about a week after they arrived. Morning errands, a long walk along the seafront, dinner in the evening, and I had no issues at all. The Dusk colour is beautiful in person. It has a depth to it that you don't quite get from the photos. Since then I've worn them to work, to a friend's event, and on a short trip away.
