We want you to love your Sorélle sandals. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window on all orders. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the dust bag.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at sorellefootwear.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Size Exchanges
Not the right size? We're happy to exchange for a different EU size, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 30-day eligibility window as returns.
Email us at sorellefootwear.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll confirm availability before you ship anything back.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
We currently ship within Australia. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to be notified.
