Our Returns & Refund Policy
We're a small team shipping directly to you, which means we're not currently able to accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. To help you shop with confidence, we've put together a detailed sizing guide — and we're always happy to help over email if you're unsure before you order.
We stand behind every pair we send. If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or any issue on our end, we will issue a full refund directly to your original payment method — no return shipping required, no hassle.
Eligible for a full refund:
- Item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect item was sent.
- Item does not match the product description.
Good to know before you order:
- We're unable to process returns for change of mind — please take your time choosing your size and colour.
- Unsure about sizing? Our detailed sizing guide is there to help, and we're happy to advise via email before you buy.
- Colours may appear slightly different across screens — our product photos aim to represent each colorway as accurately as possible.
How to request a refund
Email us at sorellefootwear.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date (i.e. from the date your order is confirmed as delivered, not the date of purchase) with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A brief description of what went wrong
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We also ship to all countries across Europe. Delivery times for European destinations are generally within the ranges listed above.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
